Overview of Tam Thang 1 Industrial Park: A Strategic Investment Hub in Da Nang
Tam Thang 1 Industrial Park (Tam Thang IP), with a total area of 197.1 ha, is one of the most successful industrial parks, strongly attracting both FDI and domestic investors. Strategically located in Da Nang city (before July 1, 2025, it was part of Quang Nam province), Tam Thang IP has achieved 100% occupancy of its industrial land, affirming its superior appeal.
Tam Thang 1 IP currently hosts 24 projects, including 20 FDI projects with a total registered capital of 821.08 million USD and 4 domestic projects with 356.6 billion VND in registered capital. Prominent investors such as Hyosung, Panko, and Fashion Garments have chosen Tam Thang as their production base, creating jobs for approximately 13,600 workers.
The industrial park features synchronous infrastructure with a total investment of over 788 billion VND (after adjustment in 2026), ensuring a 110 kV power system, a water supply of 35,000 m³/day and night, and modern wastewater treatment. Although Tam Thang 1 IP is fully occupied, expansion phases such as Tam Thang Expansion (242 ha) and Tam Thang 2 IP (103 ha) are being developed, offering new opportunities for textile and garment, automotive mechanics, electronics, and high-tech enterprises.
